Drawday Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Drawday, an app provided by Fein Interactive (“we”, “us”). By using Drawday you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use Drawday. If you are not an adult where you live, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You open your account with Google or Apple; you are responsible for keeping it secure and for what happens under it.
• Use one account per person, and don't transfer or sell your account.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings → Delete account).

2. Gameplay, points and rewards

• Points, XP, levels, streaks, characters and frames are in-game items; they have no monetary value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Our server decides scores and times. We may correct or remove results that come from bugs, cheating or abuse.
• To keep the game balanced, we may change rules, scoring, rewards and leaderboards over time.

3. Conduct

When using Drawday, you agree not to:

• use a display name, username or group name that is insulting, hateful, harassing, obscene or impersonates someone,
• cheat, or use bots, automation, modified apps or tools that find answers for you,
• probe or exploit security weaknesses, overload our servers or try to access other players' accounts,
• harass other players or use invites and friend requests to spam.

We may change names, remove content and restrict accounts temporarily or permanently when these rules are broken.

4. Content and intellectual property

• Drawday's design, code, artwork, characters, questions and brand belong to Fein Interactive or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use them to play, for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Photos in picture rounds come from Wikimedia Commons, used under their own licenses with credit to their authors.
• Song previews come from Apple's iTunes service; all rights belong to their owners.
• We take care that questions are correct but don't guarantee they are error-free. If you spot a wrong one, let us know.

5. The service

Drawday is free and provided “as is”. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we may change features, pause the service, or end it with prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use Drawday. This doesn't affect rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by contract.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. App Store

If you downloaded Drawday from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Fein Interactive, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. The usage rules in Apple's Media Services Terms also apply. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer rights you have where you live are not affected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above and announce significant changes in the app. Continuing to use Drawday after a change means you accept the updated terms.
